I was listening to the CD by Jason Upton titled “Beautiful people” – which is why you have all the quotes in here and the two Haiku were also inspired as such. The music has been a comfort to me. The above YouTube was the best audio I could find of one of the tracks. One should actually listen to it with eyes closed.
One last thought for the day:
Depression is a vampire of an animal leaching on to drain you of each drop of life left in your veins. As you struggle to free yourself you lose what precious energy left. It’s time to talk about it so it will not consume you whole and you find vitality return from the most unlikely sources – your friends.
