“The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be.”
Anne Frank
I really could not put it better myself. There simply is something special about being outdoors.
Outdoors we find leafs dancing in the wind. We hear birds singing. We feel the fresh air on our skin. I’d say in this digital age it is absolutely necessary to just unplug once in a while. Simply go sit in your small garden, or go sit in the park if you don’t have a garden. Find time to be outdoors.

Great O post! There is something special about the outdoors. I could do without the bugs, though. 🙂

Well there are sprays for the Mosquitoes. As for the other bugs, as long as they don’t bug you… 😉

How very true. It’s so wonderful to unconnect and just enjoy the pleasantness and peacefulness of outdoors. My garden is my therapy. Love your photo. I’m now following you on Twitter and Instagram, but have to admit, I’m an Instagram newbie and don’t really know what I’m doing. Hope you are enjoying the challenge.
